TARVIS

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 2026

1. Who we are

This website (tarvisai.com) is operated by Solja Tech S. L., a company registered in Spain ("we", "us"). We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Contact: tarvis@soljacast.com.

2. What we collect and why

  • Waitlist signup: your email address and the page section you signed up from. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and steps prior to entering a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)). We use it solely to contact you about Tarvis availability and launch news.
  • Coarse location: at signup we derive your country, region and city from your IP address to understand where demand comes from. The IP address itself is not stored. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in planning availability (Art. 6(1)(f)).
  • Hosting logs: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes request metadata (such as IP address) transiently to serve and secure the site.

We do not sell personal data, run advertising, or use tracking cookies on this site. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.

3. Third parties

  • Cloudflare — hosting and content delivery. Data may be processed in data centres worldwide under appropriate safeguards (EU standard contractual clauses).
  • YouTube — the product demo video is embedded from YouTube and loads only when you choose to play it; YouTube's own privacy policy applies from that point.
  • Waitlist data is stored on infrastructure operated by us for the SoljaCast platform, within the same corporate group.

4. Retention

We keep waitlist data until Tarvis launch communications conclude or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of or objection to its processing, and data portability, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Email tarvis@soljacast.com and we will act on your request without undue delay. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).

6. Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above.
